Spend some money on courses/tools on https://upswingpoker.com/ When it gets too boring, watch poker vlogs as edutainment: - brad owen - andrew neeme - mariano - rampage poker Go back a few years when they were playing smaller stakes; it'll be more in line with the experience you'll probably have playing. And duh: play

Not sure you can mindfully get there, I think there are traits involved that are engrained in your character growing up

Just learn when to hold em, when to fold em, when to walk away and when to run.

Just play a lot. I play online usually. You can study theory and stuff but I personally think the dumber you play the better unless you’re a cracked quant. Play enough that you have good principles and habits - for example, I always fold my first hand. Whenever I have a big win I step away or sit out the next game. In person etiquette is different than online etiquette too so find what feels right

Depends if you want to play live or online. These are two different games. Love playing live, hate online.

Do you mean statistically good or intuitively good? I think statistically you can just study a whole bunch of probability charts or something and memorize the numbers but probably not a fun route. Playing online enough to get used to the rules and vibe and then playing irl at some local pub if they have events if you want to do IRL instead of purely online
