Running streak is not that easy tbh. It's technically only like a 10 minute per day commitment, theoretically you should just knock it out in the morning as part of starting your day. Last couple days have found myself doing it late at night

Maintaining a workout streak for me starts with maintaining my sleep schedule. When I miss my sleep schedule I know it's even more important to workout first thing in the morning.
