i always liked the last wordmark with the :// in moz://a but i guess that was too nerdy? this new branding is leaning into ascii art and other early internet elements soooo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I didn’t like the logo when I first saw it in isolation. But I do love the overall system. However, I’m personally a total sucker for that kinda style. I’m not sure the majority of users would like the mood of it. It’s definitely a bold choice. But I suppose that’s what they are going for 🤷🏻‍♀️

The more I think about what irks me about that logo, I think I can specifically say that it’s that dot for the eyeball 😆

The spacing is unpleasant. But necessary, so that it can look like a dinosaur’s eyeball.

And I don’t think the flag/dinosaur is immediately identifiable as such, unless you already knew their previous branding. So it just ends up looking like a weird shape with a dot that has unpleasant spacing lol

i think it looks nice as a complete system. when it's all spread out, the dino is a little less goofy. but like u said, feels weird in isolation. maybe it'll be better when it's used more in different situations outside of the examples
