Conspiracy theory: crypto is so useful for advancing the goals of the left that the most cringe, disgusting people in the world (Trump, Kanye, Milei) are using it as a psyop to push us away from it

Why do you say Milei is disgusting? Seems like his world view is most aligned the crypto's anarcho-capitalist roots.

I disagree with that assessment of Milei, and am not in favour of anarcho capitalism if such a thing can even be said to exist. But moreover, I was pointing out the perception of Milei (as just one example). Right wing libertarianism and the strange authoritarian bedfellows they make are exactly the people who push the left out of crypto.

Basically this sums up what I've read: Recession, price skyrockets, horrible foreign policy (friendly with genocidal regimes, and antagonizing their biggest economic allies), he is attacking the universities, he is also wasting state funds and time flying on irrelevant trips. He is also friendly with other fascists like Trump, and he is also pulling young Argentines into the fold of the alt-right. Wants to privatize water and trains. Consolidating land rights. He is trying to dismantle the courts and give himself God powers.

I don’t enjoy people coming to my threads providing nothing but questions, many of which have already been answered, expecting me to educate them with the prerequisite knowledge and nuance they would need to be able to participate in the conversation in the first place. There is no value for either of us engaging in this particular way.
