For those who workout in the early morning, what steps do you take before you get to the gym to make it a successful session??

The way to make any gym session successful is to have a training plan with defined goals and attack those goals with purpose. The time of day is pretty irrelevant.

100% Hitting my gym goals in the early morning can be tough sometimes, but unfortunately itβs the only time I can make it to the gym. I guess the important thing is that Iβm incrementally improving my lifts each week π

Just get to bed early enough. I did 5am workouts for a couple years and it was fine.
