First time back in the weight room after ~2 weeks of being sick. I took it pretty light but happy to see strength hasn't fallen too much. Do you normally jump right into full-effort workouts after being sick or ease back into it?

1 week, I pick up where I left off. More than that I'll just take a little off the bar (maybe 10%) and see how I feel.

Yeah its for sure ideal to just keep it where it was. My goal is usually be back to previous strength by my second cycle on that exercise. If it's been a while.
