First time back in the weight room after ~2 weeks of being sick. I took it pretty light but happy to see strength hasn't fallen too much. Do you normally jump right into full-effort workouts after being sick or ease back into it?

1 week, I pick up where I left off. More than that I'll just take a little off the bar (maybe 10%) and see how I feel.

I always take 10 percent off. Makes it mentally easier to get back in there and build momentum.
