I am really struggling with moderation in the /books channel. Both @picnic and I spend a considerable amount of time hiding casts, but it is a losing battle against increasingly human AI. I am hesitant to add a fee because it feels important to keep /books a public space that is available to anyone. Suggestions?

at this stage in Farcaster's growth, value extractive farming bots are a very real issue and our moderation tools are nascent. Use them, gate with warps, if costs are prohibiting the public from joining conversations we can do something on the culture side (people can tip warps to users, for example)

this is a great idea. Nominate + help people connected via 3rd degree to access via tip.

also would likely have a positive community building aspect within /books of connecting larger, more capitalized accounts with smaller, active users not every solution to these kinds of problems should be punitive in my opinion
