I’m a builder looking for the next challenge. 

Been looking for good content on this. The other day my Japanese girlfriend said runners don't live as long because there are only so many beats a heart can make in a lifetime. This got me thinking....

Thats what I was thinking... Healthy blood pumping should equal a healthy heart.

When I was deployed to Afghanistan rucking mountains everyday for a year I consumed north of 3k calories a day and never gained an ounce. 

Run the engine hot and feed it clean fuel is my motto

Btw, there is a link between too much exercise and plaque in the arteries. So more exercise doesn't always mean better health. Everything has to be balanced.
