Let us know how you find it. I find a lot of the information online is just recycled from ‘Outlive’ by Oeter Attia so if this has some more information I would definitely give it a read

Btw, there is a link between too much exercise and plaque in the arteries. So more exercise doesn't always mean better health. Everything has to be balanced.

Been looking for good content on this. The other day my Japanese girlfriend said runners don't live as long because there are only so many beats a heart can make in a lifetime. This got me thinking....
