And K2 right? Right? Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass, while preventing arterial calcification.

There’s also 2 different forms of vitamin k2 - MK-4 & MK-7!

Yes! Both are effective with. It’s in D but MK-7 has better bioavailability and remains active in the body for a longer period of time.
