how do the smart folks who dismiss memecoins reconcile with doge's decade long run?

almost predictable cycles of up and downs because it has no roadmap. perfect for making money. naive for anyone to expect it can go any higher (probably will, in the next few decades).

steelman: i think they (mistakenly) attribute doges success to the tech, eg "its a faster bitcoin". There is enough technical difference to litecoin/doge/whathaveyou that you can will yourself into believing _thats_ whats important for the run and longterm value.

With the current cycle of memecoins you cant do that
