run a mandated round to have teams compete at defining a large (~200) nouns qfanbase and then use that group for small (~0.5 eth) funding rounds (could even try infinite round to make it real time)

Maybe have a series of categories like creative , technical, social. Irl and infrastructural so that people can focus on things they care about and maybe delegate for things that are outside of their interests or understanding
