Anyone have interesting conclusions to this chart? I’m struggling to come up w meaningful long-term positive implications.

my maybe naive take here is that i marriage is a proxy to the family unit. 

and through that lens, my q is actually how does the fall of the family unit lead to a better world.

Imo not naive, yes proxy, kids seem to only be doable with some kind of support network, where two is the bare minimum (but not even that works when both are working).

My extremely spicy take is that an industrialization is fundamentally antithetical to family formation.  

Not saying we go back, but, uh, we should recognize that high-mobility high-competition society has drawbacks.
