What are other S tier kitchen items? My sleeper pick is fish spatula for everything (aside nonstick which doesn’t have a place in my kitchen anyways)

Lots of good suggestions so far. I'd include 32oz, 16oz, and 8oz deli containers with lids along with the larger rolls of plastic wrap. The Saran Wrap they sell in grocery store should be illegal.

A scale is indispensable for me & a bench knife. Definitely hand-scraper & chopsticks 🥢✨(favorite) mentioned above - good list. Other: a good knife - chefs and serrated utility & paring. all metal tongs. Fine mesh strainer. Solid cast iron pans. A flattop. 😁✨😍👍🏼 ¼ and ½ sheet pans, portion scoops.

Chopsticks 🥢 They can be used as frying utensils, even see if the oil is right temp (bubbles). You can use them to mix ingredients together. And you eat with them, obviously For something that cost next to nothing, they really pull their weight.

GIR spatula. I've had mine 12 years, use it for everything, and you can leave it in a boiling pot.

Poultry shears. Million uses from cutting up pizza to opening sealed plastic stuff to snipping herbs. Even quartered a chicken with it once.
