What are other S tier kitchen items? My sleeper pick is fish spatula for everything (aside nonstick which doesn’t have a place in my kitchen anyways)

Lots of good suggestions so far. I'd include 32oz, 16oz, and 8oz deli containers with lids along with the larger rolls of plastic wrap. The Saran Wrap they sell in grocery store should be illegal.
