Made breakfast tacos this morning. I’ve been eating these my entire life and just learned this morning that “migas” is Spanish for “crumbs”

Man I love the use of chips in mexican dishes. Seems sill to fry a tortilla just to get it semi-soft again but that in between state mixed into a meal hits so different.

Couldn’t agree more. I use chips when i’m lazy but migas are soooo much better when the crumbs are freshly fried
