Submitting the Gift a Fan Token frame for this #retropgf round.

- Launched only 2 weeks ago and almost at 1,000,000 worth of Moxie transacted to buy Fan tokens for others.
- Over 2500 Fan Tokens gifted via 500+ tx's through the Frame.
- Automagically airdrops a Moxie pass to someone if they don't yet have one thanks to help from the @airstack.eth team.
- Featured launch frame on the Moxie Store 

The frame is aligned with the Moxie and /purple missions: let's expand the FC pie by giving as well as earning. We need tools to easily onboard others into the ecosystem.

For a few rounds now my casts don't show up in the feed. First happened to me ages ago in a /members-only round then in the last /purple round. Required manual intervention. Now my cast once again doesn't show up for the latest Purple round. https://warpcast.com/sayangel/0xa4ae0cac

Had the same thing happening to my submission :( Took a few days it seemed to get noticed or approved. I think you’ll need a like from a holder for it to show up.

classic debug scenario 🫠  I *swear* it wasn't there between when I first casted it and when I casted in /rounds.

The round also wasn't showing up in my https://rounds.wtf/rewards dashboard. Now it is.

For the second week in a row our illustration don’t show up on /nouns-draws round either. Last week seneca just said “make something higher quality” but it’s a bit weird because:
1. Quality is somehow subjective
2. Our post is definitely higher quality than others who got accepted

It’s a bit frustrating to have no feedback

Seneca posted these days that it either needs higher quality or doesn’t fit community wishes. 

But its not clear. Is seneca chosing alone for the drawings and /nouns-animators or os it a collective or nounders?

I’m not sure about purple
