Compounding the “amount of ETH staked” supply shock is the fact that as the ETH price goes up, so does the real yield (doubling in price = doubling in real yield), which further incentivizes stakers to remain staked / not sell That do-not-sell pressure did not exist in previous bulls (HODL mentality aside)

I think it's a unique experiment that a proyect charges for its services in 'shares'. It raises interesting questions about how elastic demand is in response to price increases due to price shares appreciation. It should have an impact on lower demand for the service.
