Ethereum Attestation Service: https://attest.sh/ 'Open Source, permissionless and token free'. After learning about it in Optimism's RetroPGF3 I'm convinced it is going to be an ever-more important primitive in the ecosystem as time goes on, enabling use cases that POAPs and SBTs hint at but don't quite work for.

Not my actual favorite, but for the sake of being different: Artblocks. The fact that artists that can use essentially random numbers produced by the chain to make works of art is fascinating.

GET Protocol for me. Their tooling is quite amazing and I’m super impressed with how they are onboarding hordes of people onto web3 tech with zero friction (or ticket buyers even realizing they’re use something build on crypto)
