I met a certified great founder in the CSX cohort, @hrojantorsw of Anera Labs. Had the pleasure of listening in on him guiding a younger founder, and I learned a lot. He built a micro-lending company in India. Had an offer from a famous VC which he turned down because it would force more predatory lending. 🫡

Good question - last time I tried an expo app around 6 months ago they didn’t yet support reanimated 3 and latest skia. I’m sure they’re more caught up today, but we’re now building rust modules with the new architecture and bridge less mode. I can’t afford expo to add friction there.

On the note about login with farcaster, we’re planning some nice things for users but need a verified wallet. Would love to talk to you guys about a rn sdk for rainbow. Right now only Coinbase wallet has this and I don’t see us using wallet connect.

On your note about marketing, it’s actually surpassed our expectations since it transitions the conversation from what zktls can do to look at what we are doing. I don’t have any regrets around sending out an early TestFlight.

I’m building an app with Neynar on RN. Whenever a user links an FC account they’re presented the approve button. I have to press this button a few times and wait before it works. Any idea? I can provide TestFlight link if you want.

Of course things like incentives and security have to be addressed, but the idea that the average user would take extra to import information is an already established convention. Figma comes to mind who was the underdog compared Sketch. They offered an import and today they're worth 20b.
