The entrepreneurs have the correct vision of the world, but by and large are the wrong people to bring it to life Good medicine puts the patient at the heart of everything Good business puts profits And the unfeeling grifty autists of SV are uniquely unfit to deliver care So it goes https://archive.is/Gy9HQ

Not at all. Your ancedote reminds me of COVID when all the hospital admins ran away to WFH while doctors dealt with overflowing hospitals. My friend worked in safety at a hospital during that time and talked about how the admins would zoom call in to admonish doctors for BYO PPE

It's a valid point. Hospital leaders often prioritize profits, while doctors focus on patient care. Misaligned incentives can impact the quality of healthcare. Finding a balance is crucial.
