Question to ask an engineer that gives the best signal?

Everyone else is answering with technical questions, but I believe that it’s much more difficult to screen for a good culture fit than a technical fit 🤷🏻

When you hire a ft founding engineer they’re all smart, opinionated, and have yoe - you have to know they’ll stick with you for the long run!
