Before it would all come in effortlessly and be much harder to filter. At the same time, I find that the older I get, the more wary I have to be of confirmation bias.

Noticing things is essential 
Especially when you notice a bad habit of yourself cause it would make you aware that you have something to change

it’s also painful when you start noticing those things 
there’s a king of peace in ignorance and growing up takes that away from you
