I got a huge splash of an anonymous liquid on my white dress this vacay :/ I scrubbed it like hell with a tide to go pen, and dish soap, and detergent, but the spots are still there. It’s much better than before, but I really want them gone.

No, texture doesn’t feel different 

Unfortunately I cannot identify the stain - happened on a long walk through a street party

I would try spraying hydrogen peroxide and then see if you can see the stain lifting at all. If that doesn’t work, would you be willing to bleach or use oxiclean? 

Does the area where the stain is feel like it’s harder or a different texture compared to the other non-stained areas of the dress?

I think identifying the mystery stain will be more helpful in knowing how to get it out
