(tough — splits focus, stretches devs, spreads attention)

do those first five users LOVE your product? 

indicators of love:
- retention rate high, or higher compared to competing products
- give you money or a lot more money than needed
- share and onboard their friends 

if none of the above, rebuild. if you have more than 1 of these, collect feedback and improve.
