Does a founder have to be a good IC? Or is it enough to be a talker and a seller?

I think at first yeah! Cuz you don’t have a team. Lots of founders I work with doing their first hire have problems letting go and being able to delegate then consequently hire Post 10 ppl u become more of a talker (to ur team) and seller (founder led sales)
