we're doing a lot of onchain testing and desperately more Sepolia Base Testnet ETH we applied via optimism for bulk eth 10+ days ago and haven't heard back willing to pay for it in the interest of speed $100 USDC for 10Ξ+ on sepolia base testnet @bountybot
