It’s not exactly a false claim, except the ones who talk the loudest about their pain are rarely the ones who experience the most. Pain shuts you up. Also pain past a point causes derealization. That’s why extreme pain causes psychosis or catatonic. There’s an optimal pain level that makes for max reality. My life goal is to avoid hitting that level by at least 10m 🤣
