I’m going to do a Charcuterie board for arrival, 2 breakfasts, and a late night snack platter. It’s difficult to cook real meals for that many people in a home kitchen so we are doing restaurants at our favorite wineries for lunches and dinner. Breakfast day 1 will be pancakes, grits, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit parfaits. Day 2 will be waffles, overnight oatmeal, bacon, Frittata, sourdough avocado toast I can do most of this in batches or in the oven and have more stovetop room. I’ve not seen the kitchen yet so I am trying to remain adaptable

Amazing. You're like a restaurant chef! It sounds like you're very experienced, but have you had experience feeding to such a many people before? This is the first time I've heard of a dish called grits. I looked into it, but it seems it's not available in Japan. I'm curious!

Secret. I went to culinary school. Grits are strange. They are made from corn but can have a very light and creamy texture when cooked correctly.
