I usually work out in the evenings. On long days, like yesterday, I dread going because I'm tired. So today I went in the mid-afternoon. Now, I feel great because I'm able to focus on my work and errands without the gym looming.

that’s smart and so glad you feel great after adjusting, i know the feeling of dreading gym😭 it’s very cool to see that a change in timings has impacted your productivity and mood though! i might have to also have to try experimenting with different timings too, thankyou for sharing
