I used to have a problem with dizziness too and have a set of tools that helps me. - 7-8 hours of sleep - Eating more frequently if fasting ≥16 hours - If the humidity is high hydrating enough, i.e. Water + electrolytes from citrus, fruit, or hydration packs - Balancing work and personal stress - Outside walks, jogs, or running - Acupuncture, meditation, or w/e you find completely recharging

Thanks for sharing those. Did you do acupuncture? I’m a bit scared about needles in my skin but that’s the 2nd thing the doctor suggested.

I first started acupuncture in 2018 as part of my plan to deal with the dizziness as it was bad and I was open to trying new things. I went in without any expectation as I wasn't sure whether I "believed in it" or not. After trying a few places in San Francisco I found someone that was amazing and fun to visit. I was so relaxed in sessions I found myself completely falling asleep for 20 min power naps. This is rare for me unless I'm sick with a cold as I normally have problems with falling asleep in the evening. I did it for months along with improving many of the items in the list above which seemed to make a huge difference in improving my energy and reducing dizziness. For many people in the US it's covered under insurance, even with my current self-bought plan. I want to research the clinical side further to understand how acupuncture might be helping. If insurance covers it I estimate there is some clinical evidence.
