I used to have a problem with dizziness too and have a set of tools that helps me. - 7-8 hours of sleep - Eating more frequently if fasting β‰₯16 hours - If the humidity is high hydrating enough, i.e. Water + electrolytes from citrus, fruit, or hydration packs - Balancing work and personal stress - Outside walks, jogs, or running - Acupuncture, meditation, or w/e you find completely recharging

Thanks for sharing those. Did you do acupuncture? I’m a bit scared about needles in my skin but that’s the 2nd thing the doctor suggested.
