my arms are still shaking from this workout as i write this today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 full body blast 💥 explosive movements and lots of upper body 😅 1. drop jump squats 2. straight arm raises 3. step up reach 4. up down plank 5. bent over row 20 seconds each exercise - 2/3 rounds - 2 mins in between rounds these can be done with or without weights but trust me its a real burn!! intensity - high as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions! i will start to share more of my fave songs through these workouts today’s song is 🎶 shake body by shermanology and IDRIS (as in idris elba)
