Where do people currently stand on remote vs. in person? At least for an early stage iterating and changing fast, my view is that nothing beats being in the same room.

been working at home for 3y and def miss the ‘being in the same room’ part. it’s faster/easier to actually communicate/collaborate, more powerful, less open to distractions. a good mix for me would be 2 remote / 3 in person however, the space’s global nature and its stage makes remote more fitting for now
