hardest thing about building on WC is sifting through important user reports amidst bangers in the TL thought about creating a separate CX-oriented account but 1) users tag me directly, 2) it seems important to ack / interact with them directly as the founder anyone have a method for dealing with this?

I’m sure you are inundated at the moment but your interaction matters so much with your users. They sincerely appreciate when you reply. It’s made them lean in harder and use your product more. Has the increase been in the last week or is it steadily increasing as more people find @moshicam?

my recommendation: use @buoy and @fiids as tools, and then also chat with @linda and @nonlinear.eth as founders who are constantly reviewing and responding to user reports and do so at a high rate with most users thrilled with responsiveness and quality of response

Honestly I think Linda’s MO has been good I haven't seen it but she reports or answers from @bountybot vs her own account. Yes you will still get a ton of users tagging you but at least you can respond to the ones with real questions and concerns IU/UX and frame submissions etc while responding to the rest via @moshicam when you see fit.

sure, you can use fiids. with a subscription you can get alerts on keyword searches like "moshicam"

I was just thinking about this because: 1) I have a problem with Warpcast storage and can’t get anyone to respond to me so finally just got a refund and no storage 2) Saw that Betashop is gonna require fan tokens to post in /airstack, which feels short sighted to me since that’s where most ppl go to ask Q’s and not have to tag him. I’m down to play on all the Farcaster apps, but give us some viable method to leave genuine feedback or get questions answered.
