hardest thing about building on WC is sifting through important user reports amidst bangers in the TL

thought about creating a separate CX-oriented account but 1) users tag me directly, 2) it seems important to ack / interact with them directly as the founder

anyone have a method for dealing with this?

my recommendation: use @buoy and @fiids as tools, and then also chat with @linda and @nonlinear.eth as founders who are constantly reviewing and responding to user reports and do so at a high rate with most users thrilled with responsiveness and quality of response

+1 the buoy slack integration slaps, highly recommended. the whole team can monitor and respond when necessary. lightens my workload

I just added @fiids to play around with the free account and other than wanting dark mode looks really interesting. Do you know if they have an app of just online? Glad I read down this feed! Thank you for the nugget.
