hardest thing about building on WC is sifting through important user reports amidst bangers in the TL

thought about creating a separate CX-oriented account but 1) users tag me directly, 2) it seems important to ack / interact with them directly as the founder

anyone have a method for dealing with this?

I was just thinking about this because:

1) I have a problem with Warpcast storage and can’t get anyone to respond to me so finally just got a refund and no storage

2) Saw that Betashop is gonna require fan tokens to post in /airstack, which feels short sighted to me since that’s where most ppl go to ask Q’s and not have to tag him. 

I’m down to play on all the Farcaster apps, but give us some viable method to leave genuine feedback or get questions answered.
