What if each channel has its own ranking system and you being rank high in X channel is worth more than in Y channel or than having 100k followers.

Yup, was thinking the same... I was thinking of defining "exclusive" as "non pay-for-access" i.e. invite or achievement only. That won't be most people, so it'll have to act as a boost for another ranking system.
