my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

This you? I think you're correct that it will reduce sell pressure at claim time, but IMO it could also kill the inertia of the project as people move to other tokens and that could have a negative impact on price...

If we’re being super evil whales could join with lots of wallets and accounts, not tip at all, and therefore reduce the tokens going into circulation causing their own holdings to be  worth more right?

I would hope that a person should tip their allowance should they want to stake.  But why would they stake and not do anything?
