🤯 had no idea this was possible. I do a monthly full beef fillet (~1.4kg) for the fam using a reverse sear to make sure there's a enough hot steak go around at the same time even with one pan. Seems like with this technique you can only make what you can fit into the pan once, right?

Yeah it’s just my wife and me so we usually can get away with one fillet, but you’ll probably need two pans for the fam
