Are the people you tested with still using the product after the test session?

worth digging into see what's stopping them from using it -- is it the missing features // what is their real underlying problem and will adding the features solve that problem?

there is some level of founder intuition involved when it comes to judging whether your product is actually solving a real problem and you should keep working on it or if you should try working on a totally different problem. 

if your early users are excited but blocked by some missing features, that's a good signal to work on it more. If they are nonchalant, that's maybe a signal to try something else.
