Today’s work: 5 sets of 3 hang clean and squat at 80% 1RM Then, 60 reps of power cleans with 10 handstand pushups every 90” until complete My hands are bleeding!

insane I sometimes do a more novice friendly version of this - 50 thrusters with 10 burpees every min. below 9m is rough

yes it was 60kg and a 12 minute cap i've really grown to appreciate cleans but man do i avoid them if i can choose
