With accounting there are a lot of cool tools I use xero - try it But legal part - this is a real pain! Especially in crypto I wish I had a legal degree

Legal aspect try Good Lawyers? (not ad) But still relatively expensive to a small start-up and back-forth communication.

I’ve worked with founders who wanted to delay or avoid using/paying for lawyers or accountants for as long as possible and at the end of the day it ended up costing extra and being more painful trying to cleanup and catch up on everything. Happy to chat and see to actually solve for.
