Any recommendations for a home gym setup? Starting from 0, need equipment for both cardio and strength training.

I find dumbbells easiest to start. The bowflex adjustable ones will take up least room and allow most flexibility when training. You could get the bowflex kettlebell too for same reasons. Exercise mat. For cardio, just run outside youβre in California lol Fwiw I had this exact setup for 2 years and it worked well

And get a theragun mini if you want a portable massager that helps with recovery (easy to take with you when you travel)

Peloton Strength or Apple Fitness classes are the easiest way to get started instead of having to make your own strength workouts everyday
