Regular reminder that YYYY-MM-DD is the best date format. In addition to being the only one that's sorting-friendly and compatible with place-value intuitions that we use for everything else, it's also the one that's not confusing.

The best country would have: * EU floor numbers (ground floor is 0th) * Also Global South floor numbers (don't skip 4th or 13th) * East Asian date format (YYYY-MM-DD) * EU time (24 hour) * Also non-Western time (no DST) * Anywhere-but-US units (meters, kg) * OK fine, if I can have all of the above I'll use Fahrenheit
