I’m down with all of this except Fahrenheit. Celsius is perfect, especially for weather and cooking due to the correlations with water’s state changes. I also support European DD-MM-YYYY though I see your point about it being easiest to sort with year first.

Singapore comes pretty close! Metric system, no DST, and tolerant of the 24-hour clock though not always the default. Floor numbering is a mixed bag though - some buildings start at GF and others at 1.
