I think that people *always* make logical decisions emotional state, personal history, info asymmetry, resource constraints, level of hangryness, etc. — these are all inputs to decision making that, while opaque from the outside, are no less real

PSA to people writing resumes: you don't need to 'spearhead innovative solutions' or whatever else falls out of the thesaurus if you've done cool stuff just say it as a hiring manger, fluff words are a barrier to my understanding and getting excited about your experience
