Boxing has been a blast, but that plus upper body workouts has left my arms absolutely hosed some days. I've tried salt baths and stretching, but I can't seem to share the soreness and tightness. I assume the only solution is more rest days and/or yoga?

Hydrate and Pilates as well as yoga. If pounding bone, it’ll need time to heal with rest. Pilates creates a powerful long strength imho.

I’m pretty good about 0.5 to 1 gallon of water a day. I’m just shocked how beat up my arms felt the past 2 weeks. Might just need to rest more
