Boxing has been a blast, but that plus upper body workouts has left my arms absolutely hosed some days. I've tried salt baths and stretching, but I can't seem to share the soreness and tightness. I assume the only solution is more rest days and/or yoga?

Hydrate and Pilates as well as yoga. If pounding bone, it’ll need time to heal with rest. Pilates creates a powerful long strength imho.
